Deadline is April 29. However, all teams should register early. Many divisions fill prior to the deadline. Every year we are unable to accept almost two dozen teams. And registrations for this year are well ahead of the pace last year.

You will check-in before your first game at that field complex. You must have a copy of all necessary paperwork: official NTSSA (or other affiliated state association) roster, completed guest player forms, and travel forms (if you are traveling from outside North Texas Soccer). You will need to leave these copies with your site coordinator. These will be for our records, with copies sent to North Texas Soccer with our Tournament Report. You do not need to prepare any "game rosters" or "game reports" before-hand. We will supply a simple form with your packet which will serve as the game report. You will have the referee record the score and sign this report after each match. Than you will submit it to your site coordinator. All teams should have the appropriate liability forms in their possession. Do not hesitate to email us at if you ever have any questions.

Notice that this tournament is sanctioned for U9/U10 recreational and U9/U10 academy teams. The recreational teams will need a signed North Texas recreational roster. And the academy teams will need a North Texas Soccer Academy Roster. It must be signed by a Registrar of a North Texas affiliated association. Here is the link to the North Texas form:

Non-USYSA teams must register by April 26 and send us an additional check for $50.00 to cover the insurance that FWYSA purchases through North Texas Soccer.

The trend of one head coach having 2, 3, and even 4 teams is ever-increasing. We do our best to avoid conflicts. However, 4 teams is impossible (we would need 12 non-conflicting game slots, which we do not), 3 is super-difficult to impossible (requires 9 such game slots), and 2 teams is typically manageable (with 6 game slots). Sure, if your coach was the only one that we had to de-conflict, that would be relatively easy. However, last year we had 3 coaches with 4 teams, 5 with 3 teams, and almost 20 with 2 teams. Plus we are asked to avoid league games, State Cup, and a host of other conflicts. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

All of the formats for teams advancing to the "play-offs" are described in the schedule for all divisions, except the 5-team divisions. In the case of a 5-team division, we play a "round-robin" with all teams playing each other once (4 games total). No Finals. 1st and 2nd place are awarded on the basis of total points and tie-breakers (if points are tied).
