SCHEDULES AND STANDINGS

SPRING 2008 LEAGUE SCHEDULES/STANDINGS

  • Reschedules of Feb. 16 rain-outs posted 8am, Feb. 18.

  • Do not book-mark the SportsStandings page.  Always link to that page from here.  Why?  We often have important announcements posted here, and we want all parents and coaches to see them.  Schedules and Re-schedules are not official until announced as posted on this web page.

  • Coaches--be sure to check all scores.  Upwards of 10% of game reports received are missing critical information required for them to be posted (divisions, dates, teams, and even scores).  If any scores are recorded incorrectly or not recorded at all, please provide us with the correct information immediately.  Thanks.

  • Games designated as exhibition games are the non-conference games (these do not count in the standings).  Please let us know if you think any games have been designated incorrectly.  In cases of ties in points, the order of teams does not necessarily reflect the tie-breaking order.  Consult the FWYSA Rules for tie-breakers.

  • FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME TEAM.

  • Remember, we only reschedule games that are cancelled by FWYSA due to weather (FWYSA Rule XVIII.E).  Thanks for your cooperation!!!

  • FORFEITS

    • If you have a forfeit win, please send us a game report for that game (no referee signatures needed) stating that your team won by forfeit.  That game will be recorded as a 3-0 win for your team.  We will record the score after the forfeit has actually occurred.

    • The home team needs to either pay the referees at the field or send us the money so that we can pay the referees.

Rules Determining Non-Conference Games

Why do we have such a "bad" schedule?  No one ever has a perfect schedule.  Click here for an overview of various factors that could produce less-than-perfect schedules.

Home team wears light jersey and sits on north or west side of field.

Visitor team wears dark jersey and sits on south or east side of field.

In case of jersey conflict, home team will change their jersey.

COACHES:  To repeat, be sure to check your results.  Remember that non-conference games are not included in the standings.  Be sure that your game report is complete and legible before you submit it.

Schedules for the Premiere Academy League can be found on their web page.
