Coaches should frequently check our on-line registration system for any
changes to their rosters.

Point your browser to
www.sportspilot.com.

Select “Member Entrance, Sign-In.”

Type your User Name and Password. If you do not know these, click on “I
don’t know my User Name &/or Password. Than type your email address in the
appropriate box—and your User Name and Password will be immediately emailed
to you.

However, if your email address is not entered in our system (or incorrectly
entered), this will not work. You will need to email us (fwysoccer@aol.com)
to enter or correct your email—and we can email your User Name and Password.

Once into your team’s area in SportsPilot, you can see the information on
all your players, email them, set up a calendar, etc. Ignore the
reference to "Blackout Dates." Any requests for Byes were due with the
Coach Fact Sheets.

No Rosters or Team Placements are Official
Until the Coaches' Meetings.

A note about Rosters.
Any player listed under "Transfers" or under "Adds" is on your team.
"Releases" are not on your team. Essentially, any player
with a number just to the left of their name is on your team.

All access in SportsPilot to
rosters and team placements is turned off before the Coaches' Meetings
(individual player placements typically say "unassigned" when the roster
information is turned off).
