REMINDER: The Head Coach will be automatically EJECTED if any parent or spectator is ejected from a game.
Coaches, please escort the ejected immediately to the parking lot and remain outside the fence. (Misconduct of Spectators per NTSSA Rule 3.11.4)
Coach Registration
All returning or new recreational coaches for the Fall 2010 season need to (1) register online via Got Soccer and (2) complete the Criminal Background Check via SportsPilot.

If you are returning coach, login as a "Registered User" and as a coach. If you do not remember your login information, click here to email Dale Story.
If you are a new coach, login as a "New User" and as a coach-your new account will be created.
Finally, complete the registration form. There is no fee for coaches.
ALL COACH'S (NEW AND RETURNING) MUST HAVE A COMPLETED BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE ROSTERS WILL BE HANDED OUT.
Background Checks
ALL coaches (new and returning) must complete the on-line Criminal Background Check every Fall season (after June 1). All new coaches in the Spring season must complete the on-line Criminal Background Check.

We must have a record on the list provided to FWYSA of an “accepted” online background check for ech coach.
Background checks submitted to other soccer associations are not acceptable.
Team Photos
FWYSA has contracted brightroom, inc. to provide team and individual photography. brightroom is a local Fort Worth company with a local office and staff.

Uniforms
Fort Youth Soccer has partnered with Score to offer the latest in uniform design. Uniforms ordered from Score will even have the FWYSA logo on the sleeve.
Orders typically take up to two weeks for delivery, so be sure to place your orders immediately upon receipt of your roster.
