REMINDER: The Head Coach will be automatically EJECTED if any parent or spectator is ejected from a game.
Coaches, please escort the ejected immediately to the parking lot and remain outside the fence. (Misconduct of Spectators per NTSSA Rule 3.11.4)
Coach Registration
All returning and new recreational coaches must register for every season. There is no registration fee for coaches. Online coach registration is not available after the registration deadline. You can find the link to online registration for coaches here. Returning coaches must use their existing username and password. If you do not remember your login information, click here to email Dale Story. New coaches will create a new account. All coaches must also complete the Criminal Background Check once every soccer year (Fall-Spring--see below).
ALL COACHES MUST HAVE A COMPLETED BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE ROSTERS WILL BE HANDED OUT.
Background Checks
All coaches (new and returning) must complete the on-line Criminal Background Check every Fall season (after June 1). All new coaches in the Spring season must complete the on-line Criminal Background Check
Your coach profile (UserName: xxxx) requires a valid background check and approval.
Your club/home associaton will be unable to assign you to a team until the approval is granted by your state organization.

Uniforms
Fort Youth Soccer has partnered with Carey's Sports to offer the latest in uniform design. Uniforms ordered from Carey's will even have the FWYSA logo on the sleeve.
Orders typically take up to two weeks for delivery, so be sure to place your orders immediately upon receipt of your roster.
